Shipping – Orders Including Frozen or Fresh Items
Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of the order.
Shipping Schedule

Monday to Wednesday Orders: Orders placed from Monday to Wednesday (before 3:00 PM on Wednesday) will be processed and delivered to our courier partners within one business day.

Wednesday After 3:00 PM to Sunday Orders: Orders placed from Wednesday after 3:00 PM to Sunday will be processed and delivered to our courier partners the following Monday or Tuesday (if it is not a public holiday).
Packaging
Frozen goods are shipped in insulated bags or boxes with ice packs to ensure they remain frozen during transit. Insulated shipping boxes keep items cold for up to 76 hours, allowing ample time to reach their destinations.
Shipping Schedule for Frozen Items

Monday to Wednesday Orders: Frozen orders or orders containing frozen items will be shipped within 24 hours if received between Monday and Wednesday.

Thursday to Sunday Orders: Frozen orders or orders with frozen items placed between Thursday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This is to preserve the quality and freshness of the products, as shipping carriers are closed over the weekend, which could jeopardize frozen foods during transit.
Shipping – Orders Including Only Dry Items
Processing Time
All orders are processed within a maximum of three business days from the date of the order.
Shipping Schedule for Dry Items
Non-frozen orders received from Monday to Friday will be shipped the next business day.
Additional Information
Undeliverable Packages or Failed Deliveries
If a package remains undeliverable by UPS or USPS, it will be returned to the L'Afrique Market warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned package, we will authorize a refund for all items ordered, excluding the shipping fee. If customers still wish to receive their items, they will need to place a new order.
